Lumsden Medical Centre is committed to providing an excellent primary health care service to the community of Northern Southland. 

We are proud of our staff and the care and service they provide. We recognise however that sometimes problems can arise and your feedback about our service gives us the opportunity to improve what we do and the way we do it.

Of course we want to know if you are unhappy with something we have done or nor done. But we also want your feedback if we have done something well or if you have a suggestion for how we could do something better.  

Please contact us and ask for one of the appropriate Compliment/Suggestion/Complaint forms for your feedback.

Will always be looked at thoroughly 

Complaints:

Will always tried to be resolved there and then. If we can’t resolve your complaint immediately the Practice Manager will investigate the issues raised and respond to you within 10 working days.

Making a complaint to us in no way prejudices your right to make a complaint to the Health and Disability Commissioner about the quality of health or disability services provided to you.
